Chase and Josh went above and beyond to help me during this winter storm. When I had a busted pipe and couldn’t turn off my main water line, they responded quickly and really helped me out. For as long as I live in OKC, they will be my plumber I use. Will recommend to friends.
To say that I'm satisfied with this company is an understatement. When my water heater broke and was leaking, I called and was seen the same day. He walked me through what he would be doing, the cost was given to me up front, and he was able to get out the next day to compleatly replace the water heater. He even adapted to the odd location of the water heater, and went out of his way to ensure that the water heater he was going to install would fit and work on the first try. My family and I am extremely grateful for this company's work, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone; I know that if another plumbing issue comes up, this company will be the first I call

We used them the week after the February snow storm of 2021. We just had a clogged line, so most plumbers either said they were booked for the next week or would promise someone would out that day and then never show up. CTP was awesome. I called Chase on Tuesday morning and he had someone, Dusty, call me within an hour who was at our house within a half hour. Dusty met with my wife and explained the problem and had it quickly fixed for a very reasonable cost.
These guys rock! We had some major remodeling done in a historic home in Oklahoma City and they took care of all the plumbing. They were very respectful and paid close attention to what they were doing as not to damage anything more than needed to be done. I was truly amazed at how clean they were and how much they honestly cared because I've had some not so great experiences in the past with contractors working on my property. The work they did was great!
These guys came out to my business and added men's and woman's ADA bathrooms. They got the project done on time and within budget. I would recommend them for any commercial or residential project. Chase and his crew are stand up guys.
Arrived quickly after my call! They were able to locate the problem and fix it in a timely manner. They explained to us what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Very affordable and would definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs in the future.
This guy is the best plumber I've ever used. He is always on time and does the best work I've seen. He kept everything nice and clean. Best of all he is also the most affordable. I would highly reccomend using this man.
Great experience. They remodeled a bathroom for my mother who has a hard time getting around. We decided to have a walk in bathtub put in for her and went ahead and redid the rest of the bathroom with it. They did an awesome job saved us over $3000 from the price another company gave us!
Chasetheplumber is an exceptional company that I highly recommend. I had a slab leak that affected my heating vents and Chase and his team quickly responded in the night to be helpful. They showed up the next morning and repaired the leak. They were professional and kind to my family and explained everything they were doing! If there was a higher rating I would give it to them.
